FAQs

Online Shop Updates

I aim to restock every 4-6 weeks. Occasionally, I'll have one-off item drops. Make sure to sign up for my mailing list and check my social media accounts for notifications.

Shipping

At this moment we offer shipping within the US. International shipping will be available soon. All shipments are tracked and shipped with USPS. Shipment usually arrives within 5 business days.

Free US Shipping Over $175 USD.

Local pick-up is available, but by appointment only. Please contact me via email or social media before placing a pick-up order; otherwise, the order will be shipped to the shipping address. Contact information can be found on the contact page above. After arranging a pick-up time, you can place your order, and the shipping costs will be refunded.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

I do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds, unless the item was damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging to arrange a refund or replacement.

All pieces are one-of-a-kind and handmade, so they may not be 'perfect'.  Please carefully review each listing photo, as no two products are identical. Variations in glaze, speckling, size, shape, and surface texture are to be expected. These are not considered flaws; rather, they are all signs of the handmade process, and I embrace them as part of my overall aesthetic.

If you are very particular about exact size, color, or perfection, please feel free to contact me before placing an order.

Custom Orders

Unfortunately, I'm not accepting custom orders at the moment. I also do not offer holds, presales or reserves. However, I do have a waitlist! If you miss out on an item, feel free to get in touch.

Care

Pottery with luster must not go in the microwave or dishwasher. All other pottery is microwave and dishwasher-safe on a lower setting, but gently hand washing and drying will extend its life.

Avoid using over or under direct concentrated heat, and avoid pouring boiling water into pottery to prevent thermal shock and extend its life.
